Cold Storage / Giant group is looking for a yoga teacher to do a 2-hour workshop for its office staff on 20 June 2010.
Chinese/Indian male and female teachers are welcome.
No of Participants: Around 40 persons
Location – Bukit Tinggi Resort
Pay Rate – RM200rm for 2 hrs lesson + Travel Allowance if required

My name is ivy, i am a chinese freelance yoga instructor in Klang valley. I teaches corporate student as well as in yoga center in Klang, under malaysian yoga society.
Type of yoga : Hatha and vinyasa flow.
workout time : 1 hr 30 min
Here are the lesson breakdown :
15 min joint exercise ( pawanmuktasana)- wind release pose
15 min sun salutation : 4-6 reps
45 min asanas
10 min yoganidra – deep relaxation sleep
5 min pranayama
I am interested in the above program offered, however i have some question to asked:
Are the 40 students/participants are experience or inexperience student? as i need to know the level of asanas i should conduct in.
About travel allowance, how do claim from u? is it base on mileage or toll? Coz bukit tinggi is indeed far from my place.
For your information, RM200 is only applicable for 1 instructor in corporate rate. I think 40 student will not have sufficient hand to do correction and alignment in them. Is that ok??

1) All 40 pax have no experience..so only introductory
lessons are reqd.
2) One teacher is enough….can go around and do corrections.
3) We will give RM 100 as allowance.
