AcroYoga Fundamentals Workshop

All levels, all ages, all people are welcome to join the AcroYoga Community. AcroYoga takes its elements from yoga, acrobatics, and yogic massage. Areas covered as part of AcroYoga would include partner yoga, coaching each other in yoga inversions, basic partner acrobatics and therapeutic flying. Experienced practitioners may also have the opportunity to learn how to introduce beginners to the practice.

Workshop 2 covers the following:
– Acrobatic and Therapeutic Flying (acroyoga experience necessary).
– Group warm-up & partner yoga.
– Transitions: From forward to backward flying & Applying acrobatic transitions in therapeutic flying.
– Flying high: different ways to enter the bat and bird flying postures, and transitioning between them.
– Introduction to Tulayoga.

Date: 28 November, 2010
Workshop 1: 10.00am – 1.00pm
Workshop 2: 2.30pm – 5.00pm
(No experience required)

Register before 13th November 2010 (Early birds & Old birds) – RM110 per workshop. Old Birds may sign up for 2 workshops at RM188.
For those who register after 13 November 2010, price will be RM130 per workshop or both workshops at RM240.
(Old bird = those who have attended any Acroyoga workshop organised by Yin Yang Yoga)

hi ivy,
just came across this page.
is there still space for the 1st workshop & how many can the studio accommodate? only concern is if there’s too many ppl it might be difficult to observe & practice if space is tight.
